Instead of you typing out data in the driveway, the app fills in those fields for you based on the photos you just took.

Capture the Photo: Using your phone or tablet, you take photos of components as you normally would, sill plate in a garage or an electrical sub-panel.
Instant Recognition: Our specialized algorithms "read" the image. Instead of a chatbot "guessing" what’s there, our software identifies the defect instantly, prompting you to select the comment.
Automatic Populating: That information is instantly dropped into the corresponding fields of your inspection report. No more squinting at small labels or manual data entry in the heat or cold.

What defects can it identify?
The Inspection Assistant can detect 75 different defects. For some examples, Efflorescence on a foundation wall, chrome plated brass plumbing, or missing shingle tabs on a roof.
